Shipping policy

Shipping fees will be applied at checkout unless in-store pickup is chosen. Purchases over $250 qualify for free shipping. For purchases under $250, a flat $18 shipping charge will be applied. Packages are shipped within 3-5 business days via UPS Ground. Alternatively, customers can choose expedited shipping for $36. If expedited shipping is chosen, your order will be shipped with UPS 3-Day Select or UPS 2nd Day Air, depending on the rates. If you need to ensure a specific delivery date, please call us to discuss. 

For an order to be shipped out the same day, the order must be placed prior to 2:00 p.m. CST on any given business day. 

We currently only offer US domestic shipping and we do not ship internationally. For orders being shipped to Alaska or Hawaii, additional shipping charges may apply.

Curbside Pickup

Orders may be picked up at either of our Kansas City metropolitan area locations. You will be given the option to choose your preferred location during checkout. Orders are typically ready within 24 hours but please watch for a confirmation email to be sure. 

When your order has been fulfilled, you will receive a confirmation email stating that your order is ready for pickup. At that time, you can head to the store with a copy of your order confirmation that includes your order number. Curbside pickup is available Monday - Friday from 10 am - 6 pm and Saturday and Sunday from 12 - 5 pm.
