Return Policy
Returns or exchanges are accepted on full price, unworn, unwashed, unaltered merchandise with tags within 7 days of your purchase date. Items returned after 7 days can be returned or exchanged for a merchandise credit as long as the return is within 14 days of purchase.
*All swimwear, lingerie and final sale items are not eligible for return or exchange.
Online Return Policy
Returns are accepted on full price, unworn, unwashed, unaltered merchandise with tags within 14 days of purchase. If your item was shipped with a security tag, that tag must remain intact in order to be eligible for a return and refund.
Merchandise must be received back at our warehouse within 14 days of the purchase date. Please do not use shoe boxes to ship footwear – footwear and the original shoe box must be shipped back undamaged/unaltered within a larger shipping box.
*All swimwear, lingerie, and sale merchandise is FINAL SALE and is not eligible for return or exchange.
Online Return Instructions
To start a return, simply email hello@shopclairvaux.com with your order number and request a return. Your order number is located on both the order confirmation e-mail and the shipping invoice inside your package.
We will email you a return label and start the return process. Simply seal your box, affix the label to the box, and drop it off at any UPS location.
*If you would like to track your return, please keep a copy of the tracking number from the provided label.
Once your return has been received, inspected and approved, a refund will be issued to your original form of payment less the return shipping charge. Please keep in mind that it may be an additional 3-5 business days after we issue a refund for your bank to credit your account (depending on their refund policy and processing time). If you notice that we have issued a refund but you do not see the credit in your account, please reach out to your bank directly.
Exchanges
All exchanges are treated as new orders. If you’d like to exchange sizes, simply place a new order and then contact us about the return of your original order using the guidelines above. Once the original order is received by our warehouse, we will refund your original form of payment used on the first order.
